Order status

We like to keep you informed about your order status. We do this based on the following e-mail messages:

  • As soon as your order is completed you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail.
  • You will receive an e-mail containing all details needed to trace the package after your order has left our warehouse. The e-mail contains the track&trace info of the delivery service that will deliver your order. You can use this info to keep tracing the package to the delivery address via the website of the delivery service.

Delivery damaged

Has a part of the delivery been damaged? That is unfortunate and exceptional. We do everything in our power to get our deliveries to you in good order.
But not to worry! Send a photo of the damaged delivery together with the order number and the damaged products to: info@ba-sil.be. As soon as our customer service has handled your notification, they will find a fitting solution for you.

Haven't received the package?

You're expecting a package but it hasn't been delivered. We're sorry, but not to worry. Check below mentioned points and contact our customer service if necessary.

Check the Track&Trace code of the package.

The Track&Trace info can be found in the shipment confirmation sent to you via e-mail. Use this info to check the status of the shipment on Track&Trace page of the delivery company.

Check the delivery address.

Is the delivery address correct?

Check your mailbox.

ave you received a 'we missed you' notice? Possibly your package has been delivered at one of your neighbours or the delivery driver may have planned in a new delivery moment.
